Arsenal FC have won in the top flight of English football 13 times, holding the third highest amount of titles behind only Manchester United (19) and Liverpool (18). Furthermore the club has won 10 FA cups, second only to Man United (11), two league cups and 12 FA Community/Charity shields.

Although Arsenal have never won the Champions League they have had some European success, winning the Inter-Cities Fairs Cup in 1970 and the European Cup Winners' Cup in 1994. The club came closest to winning the Champions League in 2006, leading Barcelona 1- 0 in the final, until two late goals from the Catalan giants shattered their hopes.

Arsenal have always been one of the most successful teams in the history of English football, and hold the record for the highest average league finishing position in the 20th century. They also hold the record for the longest unbeaten run in Premier League history and are the only team ever to have gone a whole Premiership season unbeaten (2003/04). The club currently plays its matches at the Emirates Stadium after moving from their home for 93 years, Highbury in 2006.
