4 teams have done it. The first team to do it was hudersfield town in the 1920's they were followed by arsenal you coinsidently won it with the same manager huddersfield did it with. Liverpool later on became the third team to win 3 successive titles. In the later decades manchester united became the forth team to win three titles but they have done it twice.
