To date only four men have managed to win the English league championship with two different sides, and to date no man in history has managed to win the league championship with three.

Tom Watson became the first man to win the league championship with two clubs when he led Liverpool to the league title in the nineteen hundred, nineteen hundred and one season, almost ten years after Watson first won the title with Sunderland in eighteen ninety two, oddly, the season Liverpool were founded.

Herbert Chapman became the second man to achieve two league championship wins with differnet clubs, with CHapman leading both Arsenal and Huddersfield to titles in the twenties and thirties.

Brian Clough became the third when he led Nottingham Forest to the title in the seventy seven seventy eight season, six years after leading Derby County to the title.

Kenny Dalglish became the fourth when he led Blackburn Rovers to the title in nineteen ninety five, five years after his last title win with Liverpool.
