Glasgow Rangers have won their own domestic title on a world record fifty one separate occasions, winning the title fifty times out right and sharing the title once.
Together with city rivals Celtic, the pair have dominated Scottish football, and whilst their green and white neighbours may have the more successful record in European competition, Rangers have the edge of the Bhoys.
In amongst the fifty one titles, Rangers retained the Scottish premier league title in nine successive seasons from nineteen eighty nine, until nineteen ninety seven. Added to this Rangers also secured the Scottish treble (league, Scottish FA cup and league cup), in the nineteen ninety two, ninety three season.
Four players featured in all nine of Rangers title winning sides, Richard Gough, Ally McCoist, Ian Ferguson and Ian Durrant, collected nine championship winning medals during this period.
In all Rangers have won one hundred and seven major honours to date.
