You really need to stick with your player at all times. You can't run around too much because your only allowed in the defensive third and the circle, so as long as you make sure the other team is under pressure then you should be fine.
And jump for the rebound as well, if they miss a shot.
Also, if the GD/WD/C is taking a sideline throw in in the next third and your near enough to help, run forward but remember to stay in your third.

You Just Need To Stick To GS Like Glue!!
You Also Should Help The GD With Marking Thier Player, If They Are Called Up For Something(Obstruction, Contact) But Remeber You Are Only Allowed In One Third. Stretch To Mark The Shot Jump For The Rebound.

You stick on GS stop all the goals get lots of intercepts work with the GD
