What my coach did is she got us to put on our bibs inside out, so you couldn't see the position you were playing. Then, she put us all in our usual positions, but every time the opposing team scored a goal, we had to rotate on; e.g.: Goal Shooter went to Goal Keeper, Goal Defence to Goal Keeper, and so on. It really helps you understand what's expected of a player in each position. Hope this helps. :)
