Since he was a child, Dwyane Wade was the biggest fan of the famous NBA star, Michael Jordon, who played for the Chicago Bulls. From this time onwards he had an interest in basketball and when his height increased to a 6 feet and 4 inches, he was more motivated to play basket ball.
He started off playing basket ball at Richards High School, while studying and quickly became the star of the team as he scored great points. Later, when he increased another 4 inches to his height, he played much more enthusiastically. He was not good at studies and had many academic problems. Thus he could not play basket play during his first year of college at Marquette University.
Once he coped up with his studies he started basket ball again and quickly became a popular basket ball team member giving great scores. He got victory for his college in the year 2003 and eventually the national championship, which made him very popular amongst press.
His great victories led him to be selected by the NBA in 2003 for the team, Miami Heat, where he quickly became one of the strongest players, creating a solid image of himself.
