Yorkshire Country Cricket Club is one of 18 major county cricket clubs in England and Wales and to date have produced a vast number of cricketers who have gone on to appear for England.
The club plays its home games at the Headingley Carnegie Cricket ground, Leeds. Headingley Carnegie has test status and has hosted numerous international games. The club is the most successful county in the history of English first class cricket, winning 31 County Championship titles. Yorkshire currently play in the second division of the county championship, and the club also plays in the yearly 50 over and 20 over competitions.
