I tripped and fell forward and slid a ways down the alley. My friends all started crying... From laughing. They actually fell out of their chairs, they were laughing so hard. The team in the next lane were concerned for my well being. One of them came to help me back up and they were all asking if I was okay. I was fine. I decided I needed a beer and not drinking before bowling was my problem. (It was actually a loose shoelace.)

Assuming you could travel the 15 to 20 mph speed of a ball, hitting those 3 pound, 6 oz pins would hurt.

And you probably wouldn't like the automatic ball return at all.
