A tennis elbow feels like an electric shock! The nerve in the arm becomes inflamed, and highly sensitive. Anytime you bend your arm or extend it as if using a racquet to return a tennis ball that has been hit to you, an incredibly sharp, electric like pain runs up your arm, and "it hurts like blue blazes," as my sweet ol mother usta say.
