I am a girl & boxing. When I do my sparing with my opponent I get tired too easily. After I get tired I lose my mind & then I lose my plans on how to attack & I get hit a lot. Let me know a way to increase my stamina?

Training, and lots of it. A good diet and routine (including proper sleep). Building stamina and fitness is a science in professional sport, but a lot of it is also just common sense.

Spending time at the gym, jogging regularly, gradually increasing your stamina over time is the way to go. There isn't really a "trick" for turning it on/off.

Jump rope. It's a popular exercise with boxers exactly because it increases stamina and helps with the quick footwork you'll find useful in the ring.
