The longest soccer match ever was played in the United States of America. It was played between 'Club Deportivo Chivas' of the US and Rest of the World. The match ended with a victory for club Chivas. They won with a margin of 437 – 429. The match was played for around 6,000 minutes, which is around 100 hours.

The game was played non-stop for 100 hours. The game started on the 9th of August and ended on the 13th of August. There were over 20,000 fans present at the Bell-Gardens stadium; over 2000 players participated in the event. The match was sponsored by the Chivas football club and the city of Bell Gardens. All the proceeds from the match were gone to 'Fundación Chivas de Corazon USA'.

The longest soccer match was when it went into extra time and the game went on for 134 minutes thats probably the longest football match.
