I can assure you that liverfool havent won the premier league 18 times they have never won it, all you bin dippers seem to keep reminding everybody about the trophies you won along time ago, which is a good record but lets get it right man united have always been the most famous team i would imagine that is because ov the attacking football we play unlike the bouring crap you roll out week in week out! It says it all when as soon as the back pass rule came into play you have never won the league

Graeme Souness (who Liverpool fans must surely know) has repeatedly mentioned during his pundit stints on Sky sports that the modern day game is far superor to his footballing days. Better fitness, technolgy aided training, better diets, better finances, bigger squads, tougher competitions - the list is endless.
If you look at modern day football especially when the Premier League was introduced what have Liverpool won during that period ?
It's no good pointing to to victories against Man Utd especially the 1-4 defeat, Man Utd had a very poor performance. Had Man you played majestical football and Liverpool won 1-4 than fair enough but the victory was against a team who did not turn up.
Incidentally a few weeks or so before that match Rafa Benitez was complaining about the media labeling his team long ball merchants - I seem to remember two of those goals being straight from the keeper and one a long ball from defence!!!
Anyway the facts speak for themselves Manchester United are the most successful English modern day football team whose fans don't have to dwell on past acheivements and will look forward to more dominance in English football as demonstrated by todays capture of their 11th preimer league title and equaling Liverpools 18 top flight conquests.
19th title for United? Bring it on Liverpool.

You went 26 years without winning the league.

Football wasn't invented in 1992 by Sky as they would have you believe.

I love how Liverpool always refer to the past saying how great they were, 'we won 18 league titles' great all you're doing is reminding us of how we weren't that great and how we are immense now, and how you were good and how you are poor now. What would you rather do be born a child prodigy and whither away or start as a normal kid and become Bill Gates. You have your answer.

Can I just say the following, Man Utd have won the prem 10 times, Liverpool NEVER. Yes Liverpool won 18 division 1 titles but Utd won 7 and if you include this year Prem that Utd will win the will be even. United have also won 11 FA Cups whilst Liverpool have only won 7. The league Cup Liverpool have won it seven times whilst United have only won it 3 times but to be frank that competion aint worth anything and is now seen as a youth/reserve competiton. To be fair Liverpool are far and away ahead in Europe 5-3 on the Eurpoean Cup/Champions League but that is the only serious one they are now ahead in.
The most important factor however is that Real Liverpool haven't won the domestic league for 20 years and that says it all

I think the facts are not correct!

Liverpool have NEVER won the PREMIER league. The PREMIER league started in 1992 and the last time Liverpool won an English Division title was 1989/1990. They have won those 18 times.

Man Utd have won 7 First Divison titles before 1992, and 10 PREMIER leagues after 1992, giving them a total of 17 English titles to Liverpool's 18. Note: Liverpool's last title was 1989/1990!!!

If Man Utd clinch the title again this season (2008/9), they would have equaled Liverpool's ancient record.

Typical Man Utd!!! Liverpools record speaks for itself.
96 dead at Hillsborough
39 dead at Heysel

Thats a record for any club in itself. Funny how your records go back to the day you first won a league title (about the same time as the only band to come out of Lpool with any creedance) yet your request for justice only starts in 1989!

For the uneducated out there, Its a self pitying, backstabbing, loathsome city. NOTHING is ever their fault, They believe themselves to be humorous, yet only a scouser finds a scouser funny.
Strange that the only comedians from Lpool I can think of are: Jimmy Tarbuck, Stan Boardman, Kenn Dodd and Freddy Starr!!! Nuff said.
